　　　無人不知曉的麂皮（ Suede / London Suede ）。小弟已
　忘了是什麼時候認識他們的，大約是在幼年時（？）看音樂頻
　道然後聽到 Saturday Night 這樣。當時被在火車上穿著皮外套
　又帥氣美型的Brett 迷住了，心中想「怎麼會有那麼美的男人」
　？或許是我從前看的就是像Suede 以及 Pulp的 Jarvis Cocker
　這種擁有陰柔又骨感的氣質，也因此造成我對英國男士的一種
　直覺：英國人一定都是這樣的高貴優雅吧！.

　　　從Saturday Night最後一段的"Ah~Ah~La La La La La La"
　開始認識Suede，然後是回過頭聽了犬人星這張充滿迷幻以及
　藥味的專輯。也許是在高中時受到這種味道的衝擊，"Heroine"
　一首一直是提到Suede時我心中第一個聯想到的曲子。然後又
　回到了 Coming Up 這張甜味十足的專輯，接著是我當時難以
　接受的 Head Music（我當初覺得這張「爛透了」）最後買的
　是完全不同風味的 Sci-Fi Lullabies 。足足陪我渡過高三下拼
　聯考的那段日子。

　　　這首歌是收在科幻搖籃曲（Sci-Fi Lullabies）中，強烈建
　議喜歡Suede的朋友們不要錯過這一張雙西滴。這一首 These
　Are The Sad Songs 乍聽之下可能會聽不懂在唱什麼。其實說
　穿了，就真的只是「舉例出Brett心中認為的sad songs」罷了

　讓我覺得，原來造就好音樂也不是都要有一堆大學問嘛XD

　　　但說來奇怪，Suede在我生命中佔去了一段不短的時間，
　但是在排最愛的樂團時，他們卻沒有佔到前五名。或許只能說
　是時間點不對吧，而且Suede也在前幾年解散了。害我現在想
　來總覺得有些虧欠他們。

　　　最後提一下為什麼我要放這首歌呢？

　　　還記得我在British Sea Power 的 The Lonely 中有提到：
　「後半段的吉他真的每次聽都有種似曾相識的感覺啊」，前幾
　天才突然想到好像是這一首呀！大家可以聽看看在The Lonely
　[下載] 的4:00後和這一首 [下載] 的4:50後的部份，那感覺是不
　是真的有些相似呢？連鼓聲都有些相像呢。
